ESG Ratings
– and supplementary sustainability disclosures
Sustainability is an integral part of VGT Group’s responsible and long-term approach to corporate governance. Reporting on sustainability matters is primarily conducted through the Group Sustainability Report, which forms part of the VGT Group Annual Report.
Prepared in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the report also covers EU Taxonomy reporting. It provides investors, lenders, rating agencies and other stakeholders with a comprehensive overview of the material environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects of the VGT Group.
Detailed information on the sustainability initiatives, projects, and performance indicators of the OGE Group is published on the Open Grid Europe GmbH website and complements the Group’s CSRD sustainability reporting. You can also find OGE’s editorial reports and the Integrated Management System Handbook here.

2 Morningstar Sustainalytics’ ESG Risk Ratings measure a company’s exposure to industry-specific material ESG risks and how well a company is managing those risks. This multi-dimensional way of measuring ESG risk combines the concepts of management and exposure to arrive at an assessment of ESG risk, i.e.a total unmanaged ESG risk score or the ESG Risk Rating, that is comparable across all industries. Sustainalytics’ ESG Risk Ratings provide a quantitative measure of unmanaged ESG risk and distinguish between five levels of risk: negligible, low, medium, high and severe.
